My Job Has Been Accepted, What's Next?
After your job has been accepted, there are a few more steps before completion. Understand the next steps in the process.
Once your job is accepted, you can sit back and relax. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the job's date, time, and scope. As a part of our proactive communication process, you'll receive a reminder 24 hours before the job start time and another one 60 minutes prior to the technician's arrival.
At SEQSparky, we keep you informed about your job status. You will receive two reminders: one 24 hours before the job start time and a second one 60 minutes
before the technician's expected arrival. These messages help you know when to expect our team.
Given our tight scheduling, rescheduling an active job is not possible. If a change is necessary, you'll need to cancel the current job and submit a new work order. This ensures that our technicians' schedules remain streamlined and efficient.
To cancel a job request, navigate to your dashboard, select 'My Jobs', click on your active jobs, and select 'Cancel'. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee.
At SEQSparky, we respect your time. If our team is more than 60 minutes late for their scheduled arrival, we will deduct the service fee applied to the work order. We aim for punctuality and efficiency in every job we undertake.
