Navigating your SEQSparky dashboard is a breeze, whether you're using a desktop or a mobile device. For desktop users, head over to the top right corner of the screen and click on your profile picture. You'll be instantly redirected to your dashboard. Mobile users can find their dashboard by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top right corner and then selecting 'Dashboard'. Once there, you'll find a host of options that put you in full control of your SEQSparky experience.

To view your jobs on SEQSparky, first, navigate to your dashboard. Once there, you'll find a section named 'My Jobs'. Here, you can see all your pending, current, and completed job reports. It's a convenient way to track your SEQSparky service history and monitor ongoing tasks.

Using your SEQSparky credits is a simple process incorporated into the checkout. If you're signed in, during checkout, you'll have the option to apply your available credits towards the payment. This feature makes it easy for you to utilize your credits and save on your services.

Updating your information on SEQSparky is quick and secure. Navigate to your dashboard and click on 'Edit Profile' at the top. From there, you can alter all your account details as needed, including your address, contact information, and more. This way, you can ensure your details are always up to date.

At SEQSparky, we understand that requirements can change, so we've made it possible for you to update pending jobs (those not yet reviewed by our dispatch team). From your dashboard, click on 'My Jobs' and select the pending job you wish to alter. However, please note that once a job is accepted, it cannot be edited as it's marked for dispatch and integrated into our scheduling. If required, you do have the option to cancel the job, but bear in mind that cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

In case you forget your password, we've got you covered. Click on the profile picture in the top right corner, which will take you to the login page. Here, you can select 'Forgot Password' and follow the subsequent prompts to reset your password securely. Remember, your SEQSparky account is personal, and it's important to keep your login details safe.
