After hours callouts have a higher attendance fee of $330 ex GST compared to $220 ex GST during business hours. This covers the first 30 minutes on site including fault diagnosis. All repair work beyond the initial diagnosis is quoted at a fixed price before it begins, regardless of whether the callout is during hours or after hours. You will always know the full cost before any work starts.
