Photometric design: why this matters

- Existing lighting audit. Lux measurements at working height across the whole site.
- AS NZS 1680 compliance check. Lux requirements for the activity type (office 320 to 500 lux, warehouse 100 to 200 lux, fine assembly 750 lux plus).
- Computer modelling. Dialux or Relux software simulating the new LED layout to predict lux levels before install.

ESCO finance: zero capital LED upgrade
For projects over $25,000 we can introduce Energy Services Company (ESCO) finance. The ESCO pays for the install, you repay them from the verified energy savings over 3 to 5 years. After repayment the savings are yours. Structure typically:
- SEQ Sparky completes the install
- ESCO pays SEQ Sparky directly on completion
- Energy use measured and verified per IPMVP standard
- You pay the ESCO monthly from the savings (typically 75 to 85 percent of measured savings)
- 3 to 5 year term, after which the contract ends and full savings flow to you
